Anxiety

When we are fearful of danger, or misfortune or harm - to the extent that we are unable to function, or focus on anything else - we are suffering from anxiety.

We may experience panic attacks, or be paralysed by our fears.

Common indicators include (but are not limited to) our heart beating faster, our palms sweating, and we may feel sick to the stomach (nauseous), our legs may feel weak and we may want to just hide away from the world.

Horse Assisted Therapy has shown great outcomes for people with anxiety.  Why not give me a call.

Any great achievement - starts with one single step!
