Cancellation Policy
For all clients including NDIS participants

TWO (2) full BUSINESS days notice (9am-5pm) is required. e.g. if you appointment is on Wednesday - regardless of the time, cancellation must be received before 9am on Monday. If your appointment is on Monday, cancellation must be received before 9am on Thursday of the previous week.

NOTE : Public holidays are excluded as they are not business days.

How you can avoid paying the cancellation fee.

Provide the required notice period (above)

If you rebook within the same calendar week as the cancellation, we will not charge you a late cancellation fee. However, depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate a change and in that case 100% fee will apply.

Speak to us directly - certain circumstances may allow for fee waiver. ​
