Service Description
Reconnect with nature and unwind with our "Pet and Reset" program for seniors at Horse Connection. Bring your own morning or afternoon tea and enjoy some quality time with our beautiful herd. This tranquil experience, lasting 45 minutes, provides an ideal setting to relax and recharge to the sounds of nature and the gentle presence of our horses.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY For all clients including NDIS participants TWO (2) full BUSINESS days notice (9am-5pm) is required. e.g. if you appointment is on Wednesday - regardless of the time, cancellation must be received before 9am on Monday. If your appointment is on Monday, cancellation must be received before 9am on Thursday of the previous week. ​ NOTE : Public holidays are excluded as they are not business days. How you can avoid paying the cancellation fee. 1. Provide the required notice period (above) 2. Rebook within the week : If you are able to rebook within the same calendar week as the cancellation, we will not charge you a late cancellation fee. However, depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate a change and in that case 100% fee will apply. 3.
