Horse Connection offers Clinical Counselling and Psychotherapy for individuals seeking more traditional therapy options. Please note that if you opt for a Clinical Counselling session, there will be no interaction with our equine partners. Join us at Horse Connection for a unique approach to therapy.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY For all clients including NDIS participants TWO (2) full BUSINESS days notice (9am-5pm) is required. e.g. if you appointment is on Wednesday - regardless of the time, cancellation must be received before 9am on Monday. If your appointment is on Monday, cancellation must be received before 9am on Thursday of the previous week. ​ NOTE : Public holidays are excluded as they are not business days. How you can avoid paying the cancellation fee. 1. Provide the required notice period (above) 2. Rebook within the week : If you are able to rebook within the same calendar week as the cancellation, we will not charge you a late cancellation fee. However, depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate a change and in that case 100% fee will apply. 3.
