ZOOM - Clinical Counselling
When unable to attend in person ZOOM sessions may be available.
Service Description
When it's difficult to get to an appointment, clients may be offered counselling via zoom. This works very well and can overcome some barriers to seeking help towards healing. Note: All clients are asked to attend their first counselling session face-to-face (in person), thereafter zoom options may be discussed.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE NEW CANCELLATION POLICY - effective from 1 October 2024 All previous cancellation arrangements and Agreements are hereby revoked in favour of this new policy. New Policy as follows : ALL CLIENTS including NDIS client : 2 full business days notice required. A business day is defined as 9am-5pm. Note: Public Holidays are excluded as they are not business days. Cancellations that fall outside the specified limit above will incur a 100% late cancellation fee. Exceptions will be considered : if we are able to fill or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling must fall within 4 (four) days of your original appointment date. NDIS participants - cancellation is in accordance with the latest NDIS amendments at 1 October 2024.
